Here’s Sarah and Michael who barely withstood the urge to look at the camera.  He’s weakening though and it’s only a matter of time until I get him to look.

On the farm this week:

Things are suddenly growing really fast!  Especially with all this rain.   The corn’s starting to look almost as tall as the neighbours- who all love to stop by to tell me how much taller their corn is than mine.  I’m starting to develop a real corn complex!  It seems that every couple days someone new drives by and says ‘oh yeah, that’s about how tall my corn was last week’.  But I’m going to find out their secrets and next year it’s going to be me driving around to all the neighbours letting them know who’s got the big corn!  I’m actually really lucky to have really nice neighbours who’ve all been super helpful to me getting set up here.

We’ve also got some serious weeding to do this week now that the weeds are growing so fast also.  Hopefully we can get the garden weeded before any more neighbours stop by and tell me about the weeds in their garden.

That’s it for this week.  See you soon!

Jonathan, Nicole, Sarah, and Michael.
