Here’s a recipe sent in from Betty all the way from Bolivia.   Betty owns the farm I’m farming and is a great cook.  So if she says it’s good it’s got to be good!

  • 1 bunch green onions cut up
  • 2-3 cucumbers cubed
  • 6 cooked eggs cubed
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 3 c. yoghurt
  • 1 c. milk/cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 and a half ice water
  • some ice cubes

  1. Mix. Real good on a hot summer day (or winter day when you´re in Brazil.)
